Not 100% happy with your items? No problem just send back within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and in the same condition they were received. Items that have been marked with make-up, fake tan or lotions when tried on or footwear with marked soles will not be eligible for a refund. Please be careful when trying everything on!
We do not give refunds on SALE items or ACCESSORIES.
*Please note our online returns policy is different to our instore policy. We understand you can not try on items before you buy online however instore you can. Please refer to the bottom of your instore receipt. We only offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days for instore purchases.*
To return an item, repack in the packaging you received and replace your address label with our address.
Please indicate on the returns form what the reason is for the return and pop in the parcel.
We recommend sending back your item via Royal mail tracked. Any parcels that get lost without a tracking number are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds on postage costs and we do not offer pre-paid returns.

Please allow 7 days to process your return with the original method of payment being refunded.
Sorry to hear your item is faulty. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please email with your name, order number and photo of the fault to email@example.com. We will contact you within 48 hours to rectify this.
Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges on your item unless you visit our store with the item.
